Job Details:
Minco Industrial Services, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their growing team in the the sales support position. This individual will stay in house and be responsible to support the outside sales team by answering and screening calls, processing orders, parts research, and quotes. Assist in warehouse management by helping with shipping, and receiving and maintaining inventory levels. Other duties include keeping the social media and website updated. Phone, and strong customer service experience are a must as this position will be required to handle all incoming phone calls and delegate accordingly. Additional responsibilities will be required based on work-flow and need. Order desk, and purchasing experience helpful.
